Do they really crackle?

Yes, most wood wicks do crackle while burning. Our wood wicks were custom made using laser cut with little holes to add a little more crackle to our candles.

Do they last longer than other candles?

Palm wax typically burns longer than paraffin or soy wax, thanks to its unique crystalline structure and higher melting point. These properties give palm wax a slower burn rate, resulting in a longer-lasting candle with a steady, clean flame.

Does it really matter how long they burn?

The short answer is yes. They should never be lit more than 3-4 hours at a time. The glass does get hot and can also discolor the wax as it gets hot. They can discolor just from the wood and fragrance oil

You should always allow enough time for it to melt all the way across. If you don’t you will get what is called tunneling. Where the wax doesn’t melt off the sides. As it burns the wax on the side will cause the wax to put out the flame.

How long does it take to ship.

If you pick a pre-made candle it will ship within 1-2 days. Depending on when the order was made.

If you are picking a candle that is custom blended it takes about 2-3 days to make and once completed will ship next business day. They will need to cure for 10 days before lighting from completion.
