Orders are shipped through insured USPS Ground. Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items require additional production time; please review the individual product listing for its estimated production time.

After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering if you need expedited delivery.

Returns

Because our products are handmade, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.
